CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your Pet Portrait please notify me as soon as possible. If it is before I have begun the artwork, you are eligible to receive a full refund. If clients wish to cancel their order after I have already started the artwork, please note that we only issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, rather than as a matter of policy. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind. Refunds, or exchanges can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described or different to what was ordered. In the case of replacements the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
On receiving your pet portrait preview by email, you’ll have 7 days to contact me about any changes required to the portrait. It is my #1 priority to make sure you are happy with your pet portrait – before printing I will make any reasonable requested changes (this does not include using a completely different photograph or painting so be sure and only send me photographs that you want me to use and choose the painting that you really want otherwise I will have to charge for additional time or an additional order). Once you have confirmed for printing and it has gone to press I will no longer make any changes.
Please get in touch if your not happy with your order. Once we know what the problem is, we will let you know how we can help.
