Here’s how it works:
- Place your order, make sure to fill out your pet's name, gender, and anything else we should know
- Upload 3 to 5 photos of your pet (preferably a high resolution JPEG)
- Watch your email for a preview of your image! Once it's approved, it will be sent out for printing within 24 hours.

Moti started The Renaissance Pet in 2014 from his home in rural Massachusetts after a 30 year career as a painter. The Renaissance Pet is a small business that offers consistency and a direct line of communication to your artist. He tailors each portrait to your wants and will have the personal oversight to respond to your questions. Your pet is not an order number for him. Your pet is Ginger, Apollo, Milo, Seabiscut - your pet is yours.

Once all final changes and requested edits are complete and you have confirmed the final preview we'll print your order within 24 hours and ship your order within 2-3 business day of you approving your artwork. See below for shipping estimates:
- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 5-7 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Rest of world: 10-20 working days

On receiving your pet portrait preview by email, you’ll have 7 days to contact me about any changes required to the portrait. It is my #1 priority to make sure you are happy with your pet portrait – before printing I will make any reasonable requested changes (this does not include using a completely different photograph or painting so be sure and only send me photographs that you want me to use and choose the painting that you really want otherwise I will have to charge for additional time or an additional order). Once you have confirmed for printing and it has gone to press I will no longer make any changes.
